Frequently Asked Questions
Continuous Enrollment – We follow the standard 2-monthly calendar. Enrollment is automatic and continuous from session to session, so you never have to worry about securing your child’s spot! If you decide to take a break, notify us in writing (preferably email) at least two weeks in advance.
Paying Tuition – A credit or debit card on file is required to register for classes. All tuition is due by the 25th of the month before the session starts and can be paid by cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard. You may pay your tuition before the 25th by any method of your choosing, otherwise all unpaid balances will be automatically charged to your card.
The prices shown reflect a 8-weeks in a 2-month span. Tuition may fluctuate if a calendar month has more than 4 weeks. Make sure to read the statements/invoices sent on the 15th of each month!
All returned checks will carry a fee of $25.00. Once we have taken a bad check, all tuition must be paid from then on by cash or debit/credit card.
Dropping from Enrollment – Written notification of dropping enrollment MUST BE GIVEN before the 25th of the month before the session starts, when cards will be charged. There are NO refunds once payment is processed, so make sure you get us that notice in on time!
Monthly Auto-Pay Program – For your convenience we bill your Visa/MasterCard on the 25th before the next sessions tarts, thereby ensuring your child’s spot in class until you notify us otherwise. For your protection, your credit card number is not visible to anyone once entered.
Membership Fee – Upon joining Sonoma Gymnastics Academy, a membership fee is due for each child and then added to your tuition annually in the anniversary month of your registration. Every child will receive a Sonoma Gymnastics Academy uniform, available at the front desk.
Closed Dates – Please see the Yearly Calendar for all dates we plan on being closed. Closed dates are prorated from recreational tuition.
Discounts – We offer a generous discount for multiple classes for one child and multiple students from one family. Our discounts are: first class (the highest tuition) is full price, additional classes are 40% off. Siblings receive an extra 10% off their tuition.
